One of the most critical aspects of mediating the sale of a business is recognizing and understanding the importance of confidentiality.  BIB Group makes certain that all requests are met prior to disclosing company information to an interested party, and that any dialogue between parties is done in the strictest of confidence.  We qualify all potential candidates before sharing information; the candidate will then be required to sign the necessary non-disclosure documentation.

 

A business owner is also, typically, not going to want an employee or competitor to find out that their business is for sale.  Confidential, professional representation allows for negotiations to be done off-site, away from the workplace; this makes it much less likely that an employee or industry-related company will find out that the subject business is in the process of being sold.
